When I was there they gave me wrong room. When I open the door it was people inside . And than after one hour they gave me another one. It was so freaking frustrating I only stayed one night. And they changed me a lot of money for the big mistake. I feel bad because they gave me the room with people in side
I’ll be happy if I can have my money back. Because I arrived almost 12 mid night and got out at 9 am

Bed was comfortable.
Room was very big and spacious.
The elevator made a very unsettling noise going up or down. Very scary.
Breakfast selection was just bad.
Juice machine was broke
Entrance to the hotel was very narrow.
Outdoor pool looked dirty the whole stay.
Hallway carpet had a slightly wet / old smell.
Hot water had to be cut for 5 hours during the stay.

That the receptionist is un respectful i ask her kindly if i could check in at 12 cuz i had to change for a funeral and she said No so i had to change in my truck.That was very rude of her i would never book another room.Thank you..

The location and room space was pretty good!
There was a woman in the front most of the time I went she was very kind, sweet, and always willing to answer any questions!
There was a lot of stuff that was broken/damaged. I def made sure to take pictures with date and inform the front desk to ensure they would not blame my family and I. It was noisy but of course we were there for spring break so there were other families with kids so that wasn’t a major issue.

I’ve stayed here 2 times and both times the smell in the property is very strong smells like chlorine/bleach very very loud smell it gave me a headache.

Location! Room over all was good.
When we checked it the room smelled humid.
The shower was old which made it look dirty! The bathtub specifically
