No water within the hour of our arrival. No hot water in some rooms according to staff. Roaches in the table of the room. If you are traveling with more than one bag you need to do a lot of hassle to open the doors. Late checkout was offered by providing Marriott Bonvoy number by the hotel in the days prior to arrival only to be denied when checking in.

We loved the staff and the shuttle service. The bed was super comfortable. And it was nice to have extra space to do exercises in the room
The door to our room 123 was sticky and very hard to open
Would be lovely to have the pickleball court finished off and offered to guests
Finally the shower/tub and water pressure could be improved. Felt a little dangerous in there

Also, the check in line was very long, with only one person working the front desk. It took over an hour to process 10 guests in line ahead of us. In fairness, there was a huge issue at DFW causing mass flight cancellations, but still the process seemed really inefficient.
