The room was super clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the breakfast.
Everything about the facility was great; however, upon check in, I was asked to present a credit card onto which an “incidental fee” of $50 would be charged “just in case”. I have NEVER had to do this after booking a room at any hotel ever!

The breakfast was nice, though there was limited selection it was still nice. The room was clean, though the bed wasn't the most comfortable for me personally, I think that others would be able to stay there comfortably.
The staff was horrible, specifically Jennifer. She claimed that our dog pooped on the dining floor when our dog never stepped foot on that entire side of the hotel. Then she claimed we made a huge mess in our room after we left and charged us an extra $80 after I said I would be able to pay it on Friday (tomorrow). This is outrageous.
