Good, clean, and quiet. Friendly staff. But it takes a while for the hot water to come (must run faucet for a bit) and the water pressure is a little weak. Also a little pricey - for this price, I'd like to take a great shower.

Close to work, and in an area that didn’t look too dodgy.
Was booked for a king but upon arrival told that they were out of king rooms and had been moved to a double queen. I was told that I could switch rooms the following night. When in Dallas for business I typically work 10+ hour days. Last thing I wanna do is move rooms when exhausted. Breakfast is $10. I’m not particularly hungry in the morning, but I have been known to go down stairs to snag a carton of milk. I’m not gonna pay $10 dollars for that. WiFi wasn’t fast enough. And the tiles in the bathroom for room 216 are missing so much grout that the tiles wiggle. Beds were also VERY FIRM. As a side sleeper I woke up with a bit of shoulder pain. I also wasn’t sent my checkout receipt.

This Sheraton property truly stands out! The service is top-notch, with staff who go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The recent updates have given the hotel a fresh, modern feel, with everything looking and feeling brand new. From the exceptional customer service to the beautifully revamped amenities, every detail has been thoughtfully taken care of. All in all, this is a fantastic place to stay—highly recommended!

Absolutely love the front desk staff members who were extremely accommodating and concerned about my family and I having a nice stay. Darius was absolutely exceptional! It was a amazing stay for my family and I and I will definitely be a returning customer!
