Pleasant

Location to downtown
I actually no privacy with the curtains cuz all they had was the White transparent lens they didn't have no dark ones that you could cover your windows with so everybody can see it

Good location, close to the freeway.
The HVAC did not have an "auto" mode, just heat or AC. The problem was with the heat turned down it still went to 75-degrees. Turned to AC is would not cool.

They finally had the heat on on day #2 of my stay.
After checking in I learned that there was no heat. They brought a portable heater into my room. They offered to take a small amount of money off my bill, then ended up charging me double. I went through hell to get it straightened out.

The suite was fantastic. The day time manager is phenomenal, she was incredibly understanding and helpful. Because of her I would go back.
The front desk staff was provided w the documentation of my service dogs upon my check-in but then charged me a pet fees. When I decided to extend my stay, she informed me that I would be required to provide another deposit.

Our room wasn't finalized with remodel, heat didn't work well and it was cold, hot tub not working.

Disappointing
My experience was pretty good, except that there was no heat in the middle of November and it was freezing. I had to buy a space heater I consider heat a basic necessities like running water. If you dont have it, it ruins the experience.
The temperature was in the mid 30s every night since its the middle of November and the front desk told me that they had not turned the heater on yet and that the weather was going to get warmer, so not to worry then handed me a thin blanket.

The rooms were attempting to be modeled. Missing tiles, new paint slopped everywhere on trim and doors but that wasnta big deal breaker. We were 3 nights and every day we had to go to the front desk to get our door card re-coded.

I liked the location
I hated the fact that they double charged me for the stay! And that is for the room where the window is broken and water accumulates in the bath tub

The room was clean, presentable and adequate. The breakfast was adequate/typical. Location was good.
The A/C was down throughout the whole hotel. It was very HOT and STUFFY in our room. As we checked in, the staff member pointed to a typed notification they had posted saying the A/C was not working. There was never any explanation as to why, or more importantly WHEN it would be fixed. It was NOT fixed the whole time we were there. It was difficult to sleep in what otherwise would have been a very comfortable room. Very disappointing.
