It was close to the University of Utah hospital
Pillowcases were dirty, floor was dirty, shower had mold on the caulking, parts of the shower wall were peeling.

I did not like the homeless person that set up their home on our doormat and kept us up all night long.

Check in staff was great
Room was very dirty. Filthy tub, cracking paint, holes in the walls, food remnants in fridge. Construction made ot almost impossible to find the entrance. There were police outside apprehending car theirs. Pictures online did not match the actual site.

Close to a shopping strip
First 30 minutes of check in, didn't use the toilet but wanted to make sure it worked. Toilet didn't flush, told the front desk, and was told maintenance won't be in until Monday. Was given a plunger to unclog the toilet myself. When that didn't work, front desk finally gave me a new room. Never again

Cleanliness issues - The floor of my room was filthy. Paper towel came up black when I wiped up a spill. Dead spider stuck to the floor.

The management is unfriendly and needs to be schooled on customer service because they lack that.
Under the beds is SO GROSS!! the amount of dead skin, dust and whatever else is under is nasty.
