Enough space for 5 adults to have a bed.
We booked a room for 5, had to get sheets for the hide a bed from the desk. There were 3 towels. Pillows. They are so fluffy but there is zero support. Using 2 pillows was not adequate pillow amount.

Location. Bed was good shower was easily entered. Room clean
No furniture to sit on in the room. Had to go to Walmart to get some lawn furniture. As Al needed some place to sit after his medical procedure. Desk attendant not very courteous. Asked to get bedding changed in morning. It was not done. Breakfast counter only had one item.

Room was clean and tidy.
Hotel was in the middle of a refurbishment. Corridors smelled of paint. No amenities available at all i.e swimming pool, hot tub etc. Everything closed. Breakfast was lukewarm, eggs were congealed. Cold food like yogurts etc were in an ice bucket on top of a trash can, not in a fridge. There wasn't any advance warning that this was going to happen, we wouldn't have stayed if that was the case. For a Marriott owned hotel, it was quite frankly sub par. Will not be staying again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Thr staff is very nice and friendly. The breakfast is very good and the room was very clean.
They have been refurbishing the hotel since the beginning of the year (we've stayed their twice this year) so it is a little chaotic. We stayed on the first floor in June and our room was much more comfortable than our last stay in October. The air conditioning unit made a lot of noise all night long and didn't seem to keep the room at a comfortable temperature. The room in October also didn't have an automatic dispenser for body wash, shampoo and conditioner which I am used to having in hotels.

We had one night on our way to Yellowstone Park. We chose it because it was close to the airport. Room was nice, clean and equipped as described on booking, breakfast was included which was nice. Free parking. Nice experience.

Breakfast menu was good but very noisy due to construction and fire alarm was going off constantly. Heavy construction dust and odor.
If your hotel is under construction, you shouldn't accept guests. Construction dust and odors are present and the elevator is not working. There was construction dust in the room and the fan did not work. The breakfast room was very cluttered due to construction and the fire alarm was constantly going off. Worst hotel choice ever.

Except for the proximity to the airport, nothing about this hotel was good. I would not recommend this hotel at all.
I am writing to share my disappointing experience at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Salt Lake City Airport, where I stayed with my party of six from September 11th to September 12th. Despite the reasonable room rate, our stay was marred by subpar service and numerous issues. Upon arrival at 12:30 AM, we were greeted by a front desk staff member who was dealing with a guest complaining about construction issues, a broken phone, and a faulty bathtub. Unfortunately, this set the tone for our own experience. Despite booking our rooms months in advance, we were assigned incorrect rooms that were not on the same floor or adjacent to each other. The front desk staff were unable to resolve the issue due to the hotel being fully booked, and the manager was unavailable. We were forced to “make do” with a smaller room, which was not suitable for our party size. The next morning, we were told that the manager would be available at 7 AM, but they did not arrive until much later. When we inquired about speaking with the manager, we were told that they were unavailable and could only be reached via email. Despite providing our contact information, we did not receive a response. While the front desk staff member who worked the night shift was patient and tried to assist us, they lacked the authority to make decisions. The hotel’s policy of charging for an additional room, despite their mistake, was disappointing. I would like to caution potential guests about the limitations of Booking.com’s customer support. In our experience, they rely on the host’s response, which can lead to a lack of accountability. I would advise others to explore alternative booking platforms. I eventually received a response from the hotel’s management after contacting the Office of Consumer Affairs at Marriott. However, it took nearly 2.5 weeks of persistent follow-up to get a response. Only God knows how long it’ll take to get a refund IF at all they do. Otherwise chargebacks are welcomed :)

It was clean in some areas. It will be very nice when the remodeling is done.
They are remodeling, very noisy and the smell of paint, glue and new carpet is strong. Room did not have a clock, or microwave in it.
