There was construction work going on in the lobby but it didn't affect our stay.

Rooms were spacious, reasonably clean and nicely appointed. Breakfast was decent. Staff was limited in number but friendly and accommodating.
The place was under major renovation and nowhere was that disclosed on your site !! Not sure if the hotel disclosed that to your site or you chose not to share. The entire lobby was off limits and everyone had to use a side entrance. Further, the elevators were out of commission so all the guests, few as there were, were all placed on the ground floor. All for a not insignificant nightly price, which I felt was much too high given the existing conditions at the hotel. Certainly not what any of us had expected. None of this was disclosed in advance and it all felt like false advertising.

We decided not to stay here. We walked in, then directly back out. The hotel is currently under renovations due to a flooding situation which we weren’t informed of & it was horribly managed. The building is old, the elevators didn’t work & there are definitely better hotel alternatives on the area for similar if not better rates.
Everything. Please do yourself a favor & don’t stay here. We could not cancel & still decided to find another hotel even though we couldn’t get a refund.
