Pleasant
Pros: Great location. Near target, and several food spots. Appears to be a safe area. Friendly staff.
Cons: No complimentary breakfast as advertised. Bed appeared to be made, but there were black spots on the sheets, as well as some stray hairs. Hoping it was just a stain on a clean sheet, but regardless, housekeeping should be able to spot a 3” wide black stain so as not to leave guests wondering if the sheets were truly changed or just made. I always bring my own sheets when I travel, so I didn’t bother letting front desk know.

Location was excellent to take the bus skiing. Close to Target for shopping and restaurants. Staff was very helpful and professional. Well-appointed kitchenette with full size refrigerator and dishwasher. Nice workstation/dining area. The small space was very functional.
Odd smells in hallway, smelled like dog food. Also, walls were thin. Could hear neighbors arguing. Seems to be an eclectic mix of people there. Skiers, long terms tenants, and passers through. Rooms could use some maintenance. Doors did not lineup well, mya need shaving as they were hard to close, Some pots in small yet clean kitchen needed to be replaced and did not have two full sets of silverware. Microwave in common area did not work.

For a facility tailored to long term stays it is absurd that they don’t provide dish soap. The drapes were not hung properly to fully close. The room temperature was too warm and it seems silly to have to use air conditioning in the winter.

Great location to access all the ski resorts, shopping, and restaurants. Great value. We stay in a suite. Lots of room and storage. Full fridge with ice maker. Friendly staff. Clean.
Wish there was more dishes, pots and pans. The pullout bed was uncomfortable. Had to put mattress on the floor.

breakfast was advertised but there was no breakfast. fruit flies in the room and in the Halls. there was no hot water for half of one day, and there was no warning from the staff. outside completely littered with dog shit. room not very clean, hallway is filthy

Super easy location for those looking to ski in the Cottonwood Canyons. Great value, clean and comfortable for the price! Target right next door to make use of the kitchenette.
There was a leak in the hallway right outside our room, so we could hear a persistent dripping. The room was clean though!
