This hotel is very clean and our room was quite spacious. Customer service at the front desk was great. The price of the room was very affordable.
We didn't like that we had to pay for parking and that breakfast wasn't included in the rate.

Very Poor
We made a reservation with months in advance, but when we arrive to make the check in, they said they overbooked the hotel and that they didn't have a room for us. It was already 9pm and they didn't try to contact us before. Instead they sent us to another Hotel, which didn't have the same quality or price as the Hilton. In the end we payed for a Hilton but we ended up in different regular hotel.
The Hilton declined to give us a compensation, at least for the difference between what we payed for the Hilton and the hotel they gave us instead.

Good sized room, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was pretty good, but we were surprised that it was plastic cutlery and paper plates.
Air con worked.
Waited ages at the airport for the supposed half-hourly shuttle bus, unable to get through to the hotel due to the automated phone system. Apparently we should have booked it - couldn’t see anywhere that told us this.
We were expected to pay for the bottled water in the room - very expensive and the fridge didn’t even work.
We were surprised this hotel was rated as highly as it was. It was pretty basic and a bit disappointing.

The room was very comfortable and well fitted out. Morning coffee was also available for free in the reception area. I would not say that the location was exactly downtown but a 30 minute walk got you to Temple Square. The location is also not far from the fare free zone, in the centre of the city, where travel on public transport can be had for nothing.
Parking is charged at $15 per night, not $10, as stipulated on Booking.com.
Thought the breakfast was a little ‘pricey’ at $18/pp but otherwise no real issues to note.
