Liked the many options that were available but the hot breakfast carb was usually on the cold side. Our room was perfect for us. Ample space
The bathroom could use a vent and 3rd floor ice machine wasn't working so kinda had to search

Layout of the room. Convince of parking although the charge per night was too much. Breakfast was good.

The property was Clean and the customer service was great
The bad thing I didnt like is that booking.com didnt send the information of my reservation and we had to wait more than an hour calling booking customer service and trying to find my reservation that was not in the system. The manager of the hotel was very nice, we had to comuncate twice with booking customer service. They wanted to reacomodate us in a different hotel but I didnt want to because the Delta Center was across the street where the concert will be performed. The only option was to cancel the reservation and the manager from
The hotel help us to get a new reservation and she gave us a free parking ticket. I had to spend more than I expected. We were happy with our rooms but it was not fear to spend more for the mistakes of booking.com

It was great. The breakfast was really good. it is possible to have a good variety of things to eat.
The border of the room door is too high and the corredor light enters into the room. We have to put a towel to cover the border.

The staff was really nice. The parking was easy. Yes, you had to pay for parking, but most of the downtown hotels have pay parking. We felt safe at this hotel.
The shower curtain was too short, so the bathroom floor got wet when you took a shower. The shower could have used a deeper clean and the floors in the bathroom.
The price was a little high. When we booked online, the price was high, and then the price dropped significantly a few days before our reservation. I should have canceled and rebooked.

Poor quality breakfast, served on plastic plates with plastic forks. I know this is how they do it in America...but come on. No black available for breakfast two days in a row.

Very friendly, convenient to Salt Palace, has a pool and workout room. Rooms are quite large and attractive. Nice breakfast.
Didn't see any options for dining at night.
