New FF&E in rooms.
Hotel is undergoing renovation so while rooms &: common areas are in good shape facilities eg gym , pool etc are lacking. Pool & hot tub were dirty.

Lamps by bed did not work and tub did not look clean. Breakfast was good and shuttle to airport was efficient. Beds were comfortable.

We have had no luck with hotels in a very long time and mostly wasted time and money greatly. Without much compensation and several complaints without any remedies or solutions however..the room was nice ..
No hot water for a shower though.

The location was, as advertised within 5 min. of the SLC Airport.
Main Elevator out of Service (looked like for some time). 1st room: Not nice--the shower valve handle came off in my hand, gushing water from wall. Clerk gave us a new room & said that we wouldn't be charged for the problem?!? Breakfast substandard. :o(

It was close to my work location. And reasonably priced.
Yes, they had no information about me requesting a late check-out of 230pm. And kept coming back to my room every half hour after 1200 noon. Also the room key did not work. I had to get 3 sets of key cards.

Location
Called/scheduled shuttle service- staff member said the shuttle was on the way. After 45 mins of standing in 26 degree weather, I called hotel back. Same Staff member then said the shuttle broke down & offered no apology for not calling us to let us know.

Location was excellent. Hot tub and pool were good.
Elevator was down for repairs. Waffle maker was not working or set up for breakfast. The property needs some upgrading wrt carpets. There was an odor of smoke on the 4th floor eventhough it is a no smoking property.

The bed was comfortable
There was a crack in the door to the room that allowed someone to see inside of the room from the hall. The bathtub faucet would not turn completely off and trickled water constantly.
