The pandemic affected us all, but there's a terrible shift in common courtesy in hotel staff, including this one. When I mentioned to the front desk that we had been kept awake all night by the noise of the lobby TV, the desk agent just stared at me.

The location was okay. Everything else was not good.
Absolutely. This hotel looked very nice from the o it side, but the room we were in stank of pee and the bathroom reeked of mildew. The amenities listed on the hotel website were also not open (pool and hot tub) which was very disappointing. We left early

It seemed to have been recently remodeled and was quite nice. They had a Gideon's Bible. That means a lot to me.
The bath tub seems dated. Possibly needs to be replaced.

Was close to airport . Shuttle was on time at 3:45 AM. It was OK as i was there only to be close to airport for early flight.
The hotel smells like cleaning agent or something chemical. The tub fixture needs replacement The bathroom is REALLY small. The chair had stains on it and was disgusting .

The young man at the front desk when we arrived was fantastic, great customer service.
It had a peculiar smell, especially in the room, we assume it is the type of cleaner they are using. The room was not entirely cleaned, there was a towel on the floor next to the iron board and you could tell it had not been vacuumed.

Flight in from sacramento was delayed until connecting flight had to be rebooked the next day, airport shuttle pick up at around midnight was great with drop off the next day. Room was clean, staff was friendly, and free breakfast was good.

Disappointing
Close proximity to the airport was great. Easy to find and get to right off the highway. Next to a gas station/convenience store so that was nice. Front desk staff was friendly.
The lobby and main stairwell carpet looked like it had never met a vacuum. The chair in my room looked like it was rescued from a dumpster and there was a 1 inch gap below the room's door letting extra sound in/out. I rolled a towel up to cover that gap.

I called the same day I checked out to ask them to get my iPad that I left in between the mattress. They told me it wasnt there and that housekeeping doesnt take what isnt theirs. So Im out of an iPad with all of my family photos
