Room was recently renovated. Everything appeared to be fairly new and clean. The room layout and furnishings were efficient, spacious, modern looking and appealing. It's really one of my best hotel experience in the U.S. I'd highly recommend this place as long as it keeps up the good work. Breakfast room female staff was exceptionally friendly and hard working. And what a surprise to have such nice free breakfast at a budget hotel! All in all, I truly enjoyed my 2 nights stay at this facility! Highly recommended!

I spoke with the staff about my food allergies and they were so kind and helpful in looking at ingredients and seeing what I could and couldn't eat at the (hot!) breakfast bar, it was really refreshing! I don't drink coffee, but my husband loved the coffee they has in the self-serve coffee pot doodad! Most especially though the staff were just fantastic- professional, freindly, and helpful! There is also a delicious restaurant next door as a nice bonus! (The staff there were also great about working around my food allergies, btw!)
At first I wished I'd found a hotel a little closer to the conference center (I was in town for a conference), but after the wonderful service we got, I didn't mind that one bit.

This is a nicer property than I realized at first. The location had me a little nervous, but the staff was wonderful checking in. The room was clean, comfortable and I had plenty of space to work when I needed. The wifi was good. There was a dog park across the street for my little dog too. Lots of breakfast options. It definitely exceeded my expectations!

Very clean, comfortable, and quiet despite being so close to the freeway. Breakfast was nice in the morning as well.
This may just be me, but the elevator we used seemed a bit old. It was making all sorts of racket and you could feel it shake a bit when starting and stopping moving.

Close to the fwy
It was loud you could hear the fwy noise. And every sound out in the hall way. The air conditioner was so loud. It wasn’t very clean on the inside and dirty floor. Wouldn’t stay again

The rooms were comfortable and overall the staff was nice.
We had someone's underwear left wrapped around our shower rod. There was also a bug of some kind in the room. So we were concerned on how clean everything actually was. The only elevator that went to our room was clear at the opposite end of the hallway and made for two very long walks down and back. The stairs were not an option given our amount and weight of luggage. Access to upper floor for us was more difficult than it should have been.

The availability and the location of the hotel
I didn't like how the pool was unavailable and it was in maintenance. It's not nobody's fault but it just sucked and there was a dog that stayed three doors down and kept on barking when people walked to buy

The room was adequately sized and clean. The bathroom was also clean with fresh towels.
The property is located very close to a main thoroughfare and traffic noises were very loud until very early in the morning so restful sleep was difficult.
