Very Poor
Disgusting. Bed was not clean. There were bed bugs!!! Stains everywhere. Carpet wasn’t clean. Horrible.

The staff were polite and the rooms were nice, even in the process of it recently being renovated.
The room was very comfortable and the little room admininites were excellent.

The hotel is old. But it has necessary amenities. What I like was that the sink for washing face and brushing teeth is separated from toilet and shower. So 2 persons can share the room with convenience.
The breakfast was quite disappointing.
When I pressed apple juice, just cold water came out.
The coffee beans were not fresh, so taste was horrible.
I liked the potato. You could put a little bit of salt and pepper.
Not all guests are diabete patients.

The staff was very kind and helpful, no problems there.
Great staff, however this was the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. There were red stains all over the floor in my room, 2 of the pillows had black smudges, there were 3 brown stains on my sheet i didnt see til the second morning. Left after one night.

It was close to the hospital where I was having surgery.
Didn't get the room I reserved, and staff was rude, room wasn't very clean and was injured by a piece of metal protruding from one of the beds.

checking in for booking.com reservations customers . He said he didn’t see my reservation that was already paid for through the booking. Com app .
After 3-4 times running my name and confirmation number and attempting to contact bookings customer service department the issue was finally resolved

The room was filthy. There was pink mold in the bathroom, the bed and floor were covered in stains. It smelled terrible as if someone had urinated all over the room.
