Location was great, right in the middle of everything. Then again, so were a ton of nicer, better hotels.
The WiFi login was clunky. They obviously want to upsell to repeat customers (I can't believe there are any).
Bathroom fixtures were worn. Shower head was so calcified that there was barely any water pressure.
TV was off center from the bed. you had to turn your head waaaaay to the left to look at the very minimal channels
$12/day parking fee! Ample parking. Mostly empty. What do you get for your fee? Long walk to the lobby, no security, no shade. A/C was undersized to the room. Temperature was 74 when we checked in, and barely got to 63 when we checked out, three days later. Lots of deferred maintenance throughout property, worn lobby carpet, loose planter bricks, dangerous walkway cobblestones, etc.

Buffet breakfast was excellent. Breakfast chef Salvador provided an outstanding array of selections; he was very pleasant and polite. Front office staff did a fantastic job, all the time with a terrific attitude and a big smile. I stayed for 5 nights and days and I have no complaints whatsoever
The shower head could have been a little higher - I’m 6’2” and I had to bend over to wash my hair. Apart from that, I really can’t think of anything. Oh, yes - on three occasions I had to get a maintenance crew member in because my tv wouldn’t stream any channels (Netflix, Prime, etc). It was the same issue every time and was always fixed by the friendly crew member after a few minutes.

The hot water went out one morning for a few hours… But they comped us breakfast for 2 and their maintenance department got it working again quickly! The staff was friendly, helpful, & outgoing. They stored all our board bags & suitcases so we could explore the city after checking out on our last day before our flight!

The location was convenient to an event we were attending and the room was spacious.
Unfortunately, we had some items removed from our car prior to checking out at noon. I went out to grab a suitcase from our car around 10 AM that had Christmas gifts in it. I brought out another small suitcase with dress clothes we wore the previous night.
We stopped at the Starbucks in the lobby for some breakfast and when we returned to our car with the rest of our luggage we noticed the small white suitcase with the clothes and a lunchbag were missing. I was disappointed to find out that there were no cameras on the north side of their parking lot and hotel security was unable to provide any information.

Comfortable place. The room is nice and well equipped.
Breakfast is a disaster. First day we had a lot to wait and there were only piles of dirty plates available at the buffet. More to wait for clean plates. The price of breakfast is more than what was promised during reservation. Second day, buffet is not provided and what we order ends up even more expensive and not what we wanted.
The balcony is nice but gives directly to the ventilation system on the roof in the lower building, which is extremely noisy. (I was at the 6th floor.) Opening the window is a challenge.

They say breakfast including but I’m stay 2 day I not one day could not get breakfast. you have to wait 20-25 minutes. no one even ask you to sit down. first time see such a hotel. Also was some bugs from the street. they are not dangerous and not scary. but it is not pleasant. Staff does not want to help
