The property is obviously under construction, however the room we stayed in was very clean and nice

I tried to cancel my booking during arrival and the guy told me no even though the website tells you that you could cancel whenever.

Nothing.
Did not end up staying here, as it was absolutely the most disgusting hotel I have entered. I went to a hotel next door. There were no other guests, it was in complete shambles - I felt unsafe as there was a man heckling me while eating a burger in the lobby. We went up to the room to see and it was dirty - the bedding was soiled, bathtub filled with hair and it smelled really bad. It was super hot and stuffy. The light did not work in the room. There were no other guests in the parking lot. The hotel employee lied saying that the booking explained that the hotel was under construction and would not give me a refund.

We ended up not staying here because the reservation system said it was pet friendly but it isn't.
The booking was made for a pet friendly hotel, but when we arrived we were told since the ownership change that was no longer the case. We were then told that because the reservation was through booking.com that they couldn't issue us a refund. We ended up paying double for a room in a nearby hotel that is indeed pet friendly.
In my opinion, this place should just close during their "renovation " anyway. It's really a mess right now.

There wasnot much to like.
The state of the room was truly unbelievable. They had painted the walls and then washed the rollers and brushes out in the bathtub and just left the paint stains there. They had also spilled paint on the floor and just kept it there to dry.
None of the outlets on one side of the room worked, so you couldn't charge your phone.
The. Breakfast was sparse to say the least. The juice dispenser spilled all over when you use it. The Waffle mix was so thin it only coated one side of the Waffle iron.
The help was rude and inattentive when items were brought to their attention.
I would NEVER stay there again nor recommend it to anyone.
How little pride in your work for you have to have to leave a room in that state?

I didn't like the breakfast, it gave my bf and I a really bad stomach ache. I also had to clean out the tub because there was still hair and other grime in the tub.

The front desk was slow to check it in even after it was already 3 PM. The hotel was covered in construction dust everywhere and in various stages of construction. It was not isolated to certain areas and the rest of it protected. The whole place looks like a dump. The TV and the microwave and the mini fridge didn’t work in our room. Some of the lights didn’t work in our room. The elevator looks like it’s going to die. It had unpleasant smells along with construction smells. The pool was closed, but not advertised on the website as such. In fact, nothing about any of these conditions were advertised at time of booking. I would never have stayed here under these conditions knowingly and I will never stay there again even when the construction is complete.even the air conditioner/heater was ancient, made strange noises, and barely worked.

It’s under renovation??, which wasn’t disclosed. Most any service wasn’t available (lobby, pool, etc). Pretty much a motel 6. We cut our losses and left early to stay somewhere else. Seemed old and rickety, lipstick on a pig like. Should just entirely close and complete renovations before charging people to stay. Unfortunately, not a great or comfortable experience.

Of the 5 hotels I stayed in during my trip, this one was the most comfortable and modern with new renovations and a new TV, I recommend it.

Renovating entire building. When I reserved the room I told them we had severe allergies /asthma and that scents were a problem. The smell in the lobby was terrible. I was told I could not get a refund and cancel. When we pulled the sheets back it was obvious the sheets were not changed. Appeared to have something on the sheets. I requested clean sheets and I was told these are clean. I brought photos to the front desk. I was given a new set and had to change the bed ourselves. Due to the smell in the lobby we could not have breakfast. I wish they would have told us they were renovating as I would have made reservations somewhere else.

This place is disgusting! Our first room had stains all over the sheets, and when I asked to switch rooms, the gentleman at the front desk denied and explained that every rooms' linens were that way, blaming the cleaning staff. I went back to the original room, sat on the bed, and that side of the boxspring was broken, causing the mattress to fall into that side. This time, I requested to switch rooms. The new room, which also had stained sheets, had a TV that didn't work, and the bedside lamp flickered like a strobe light. This was among many complaints about this place, including tiny pillows, papper thin sheets with no comforter, and super thin walls between the rooms. We ended up leaving and finding a new hotel.
