The decor was cool and I liked the bedrooms and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The gym was small, but nice. Everything seemed clean. I liked the free shuttle to the airport, the driver was very nice and helpful.
The staff was not very knowledgeable. We needed a bath chair for my disabled father and no one knew where to find one and then they offered a plastic chair from the lobby which I thought was weird and kind of gross. We finally found the bath chair in the room in a slot where the ironing board was. I thought it was terrible that the front desk attendant didn't know that is where it would be in the rooms for people with disabilities. So I let him know for future!! Also I think it was weird that there was no room service and that there was no alcohol sold on site even though the tv lists it as available in the mini mart. (It is nice to have a glass of wine on trip and there was nothing very close to go eat) Also, I asked them to charge a specific card on the reservation and they ended up charging the wrong one. That was annoying. I had to call and have it fixed, the customer care woman was kind of rude when I called in to have this fixed.

The lobby is fantastic, with loads of seating and a pool table. Our room was simple and uncluttered. The shuttle driver was super nice.

They offered a complete breakfast! Very delicious and a nice variety of foods to choose from.
The rooms were clean and the bed very comfortable.
As a couple, there was only one chair to lounge on. While I was working on the computer, my wife needed to sit on the bed. Two chairs in the room when there is a couple staying there would be nice.

It was clean. The lobby was nice and comfortable enough- it offered good gathering space for our group.
The location was not great for touring SLC. I would have preferred to be downtown, not at the airport.

Great location to downtown as well as the airport. Very clean and comfortable. Rooms are modern with hard floors. Always a plus over musty carpet. Staff was always so kind and helpful. No matter the shift.

E shuttle driver, Jerry was so great, very helpful.
The squeeze bottle soap/shampoo/ conditioner bottles were horrible. The directions sad gently squeeze. I had to take them out of the holder and use both hands to squeeze them. Since both hands were needed I had to squeeze the soap out onto the shelf which resulted in wasted product, I’m sure that wasn’t the intention.
