They have really stepped it up with security and front desk staff. We no longer feel nervous when leaving our room to go anywhere and we absolutely love Charity at the front desk! Excellent customer service and always accommodating when permitting. There has definitely been a notable difference all around from our previous stays.
Rpooms could use some updating to more comfortably match the price. The 00psink in our room has a missing screen so water regulation close to impossible and if you turned it on too high too fast you were guaranteed to get a shower of sorts. It was frustrating.

It was okay but better attention should still be given to guests room upkeep.
I spent 3 nights but my room was never for once clean at all. Soap was not provided beyond the first day. That was not a normal practice and and standard practice.
Smoking should be reduced in the environment from both staff and guests.
Though, the presence of security guards at night around the property is a good thing to commend you guys for.
Am back in Maryland now.

Choose this motel because it was not expensive and was close to airport, easy to reach in early morning by rental car.
Though there was a security man on property, I had someone behind my door, knocking on it and trying to get in at 1 a.m. The same repeated at 6 a.m. The line-phone in room didn't work to call for help. Very scary, as there were only two more cars on the very back side parking lot, so I was almost the only guest on that side. The security man came to chase some hooded persons away at 1:30 a.m. from behind the motel fence. When I left the motel at 6:20 a.m., I saw two people in dark clothing in the back of the second floor balcony. Left the motel as fast as I could in early morning. A very frightening experience.

The rooms are filthy and very old. The homeless are everywhere. There was a fist fight between the Manger and a homeless man in the parking lot. The area dosen't feel safe. No fridge, no microwave, no coffee pot.

Crackheads loitering around, room smelt of smoke. Dirty, felt so unsafe. Asked the lady at the desk for a refund as we didnt want to stay there and got different accommodation and she complied no problem. Only good comment is that the front desk lady was nice.

Grim place. All the local down and outs seem to gather in the car lot.
Noisy - people chatting most of the night outside my room.
Just stay somewhere else. This is a bad motel in a bad area.

Room was not clean when we arrive (previous occupants toothbrush and paste on the sink). There was contant noise until 4 am. Loud cars, loud people, dogs barking, loud music outside

Nothing. The room was dirty. Smells smoke and I booked for non-smoking room. I like that the front desk says she will refund the 2 nights for 5 to 6 business days. I hope she will.
The room was dirty, smells smoke and their room have lots of dog hair. Beddings look like not washed. Televison is not working and the AC wasnt working well too. Random people walking around smoking. The vicinity smells weeds. I booked fro 3 nights. We checked in around 3 pm and we packed our things within 3 hours because my 2 boys had asthma attacked. I hope they will refund 2 nights.

It was filled with drug addicts. Place was nasty. Im pretty sure there was blood stains in my room. Shower was broken, dirty sheets, felt VERY UNSAFE!!!! They gave us two rooms which turned out to be full already. The receptionist had no clue of what she was doing. Disgusting everything at that hotel.
