Disappointing
Loved the location to downtown and the walking trail that lead to downtown. The beds were comfy.
We were rudely woken up by a scammer phone call twice in the morning and then a dog was barking around 10pm that night. It was a rude awaking too to have a dog barking constantly in the morning as well.

I was late checking in and they had no clean rooms. Sawyer was working the front desk and went out of his way to find me a room n upgraded me. I stay a lot at this property and always great service

Location to downtown
I booked a triple room with balcony on Booking.com. When I arrived they said that the listing on Booking was incorrect as they do not have any triple rooms with balcony. I felt mislead by Booking.com

I did not appreciate the change in the breakfast charge AFTER I booked. When I chose my room, I chose the option for breakfast to be included, but, when I got there, it was an additional charge. Other than that, it was super clean, the bed was soft, and it was a 5min walk to the Podium.

Noise! Our room was too close to the lobby parties that continued until after midnight.
We went to the coffee stand at 730 and there was no place to sit as every table was filthy from the night before.

We were cold the first night and called the front desk for an extra blanket which they couldn’t find. We do not like to sleep with the heat on. The next morning we got two very nice blankets from a new front desk person.
