Poor
Room looked over parking lot of idling semi trucks, all night long. Glaring lights outside. grim interior to room. Had been phoned earlier in the day, asking if we would agree to an ?up grade?. No mention of trucks outside of new room.

Room located at top of stairs. #201. Could hear front desk and office phone throughout the night. Staff talking on the telephone during early morning hours

Its was clean and nice. Exactly what youd expect.
Its basically in the parking lot of a mall, right next to the freeway. Its a little noisy but its nothing crazy. Overall this place is totally fine.

Balcony room, quiet, efficient, clean, and helpful staff.
Hot water faucet very hard to turn. Ice machine empty.

Loved the outdoor pool, however a hot tub is needed. Yes, I know it gets warm there, but after a long day Breakfast with the omelet bar was incredible. Cappuccino machine was a good addition since we stayed there last. Enjoyed the evening cookies.
Weight room did not have any sanitation and machines need to be upgraded.
